FRP Grating for Wastewater Treatment Plants

Why ISO polyester is the standard answer here
Isophthalic polyester resin handles continuous H₂S-bearing atmosphere, chloride-rich splash and freeze-thaw wetting without blistering, at the lowest cost step above general-purpose resin. Vinyl ester is reserved for digestate, concentrated chemical dosing areas and high-temperature zones.
Non-conductive around a live plant
Mixers, drives, dosing pumps and instrumentation mean cable trenches and live panels everywhere. FRP grating, ladders and handrail remove the earthing and bonding questions that steel decking raises.
Light panels on old structures
At about 19 kg/m², FRP walkways often go directly onto existing concrete corbels and steel channels that were never designed for steel grating loads — no structural upgrade needed.
